Zach Pearsall is an Associate Director, Wealth Management at Choreo in the Chicago office. Prior to joining Choreo, Zach studied economics and statistics at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and spent nine years at an institutional consulting firm, where he served as both an analyst and consultant. He worked closely with a range of institutional clients providing manager due diligence, strategic asset allocation, and investment policy development. He also regularly led investment committee meetings, helping to guide discussions, present research, and ensure clear decision-making aligned with each client’s objectives.

Zach has helped clients define long-term financial goals and build investment strategies tailored to those objectives, with a strong focus on implementation and accountability. He has created frameworks to monitor progress, reviewed results against strategic benchmarks, and maintained open, consistent communication with clients and investment committee members. His approach emphasizes clarity, long-term discipline, and research-backed guidance to support effective, goal-driven market informed decision-making.

Outside of work, Zach enjoys golf, (in every capacity,) and his dog Walker, who is a 4 year-old mini schnauzer (and the greatest thing in the world.)
