William Fisher
Director, Retirement Plan Advisory Services
William J. Fisher has more than 30 years of experience in the retirement plan marketplace, specializing in the design, implementation, management, and oversight of employer-sponsored retirement plans. He works with 401(k), ERISA and Non-ERISA 403(b), 457(b), Governmental 457(b), and 457(f) plans.
Prior to joining Choreo, William served as Director of Employer-Sponsored Plans at Northeast Financial Group, an independent registered investment advisory firm based in Northeast Pennsylvania. During his career, he has consulted on plans ranging in size up to 20,000 participants. His experience spans defined contribution plan design and administration, retirement plan fiduciary consulting, defined contribution analysis and benchmarking, and the development of efficient operational systems to support plan sponsors and participants.
Earlier in his career, Bill was Director of Business Development at PenServ Plan Services, where he worked closely with plan sponsors and advisors to deliver retirement plan solutions aligned with organizational goals. He began his career as a Financial Advisor with AXA Advisors, building a solid foundation in client service and retirement planning. William’s background and experience position him to support plan sponsors with disciplined guidance, practical insight, and a deep understanding of the retirement plan landscape.
