Thomas R. Sylvester brings a strong financial planning foundation, hands-on advisory experience, and a client-focused approach to his role as a Senior Associate.

Prior to joining Choreo, Thomas was with Northeast Financial Group, an independent registered investment advisory firm based in Northeast Pennsylvania. He began his career there in July 2021 as a financial services intern while completing his academic studies. Early in 2024, Thomas joined the firm full-time supporting advisory teams and client relationships across a range of planning and service needs.

Earlier in his career, Thomas gained additional analytical experience through involvement with investment focused organizations, further strengthening his understanding of financial markets and portfolio considerations. His professional development reflects a strong commitment to building technical expertise and applying disciplined planning principles in support of long-term client outcomes.
