Matthew C. Klein is a seasoned wealth management professional with nearly a decade of experience spanning advisory leadership, institutional finance, and complex risk management environments. He is known for providing disciplined, strategic guidance to institutions, high-net-worth individuals, and retirement plan sponsors.

Before joining Choreo, Matthew was with Herbein CPAs and Advisors in Reading, Pennsylvania, where he served as an Investment Advisor Representative and led the development and implementation of comprehensive wealth and risk management strategies. His work focused on aligning sophisticated planning solutions with client objectives.

Matthew is especially experienced in retirement plan fiduciary consulting and employer-sponsored plans, including 401(k), 403(b), and 457 plans.

Earlier in his career, he held key roles at Morgan Stanley, where he served as an Institutional Equity Reporting Director and Fixed Income Reporting Associate, and at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he worked in Equity Derivatives Operations within the Private Banking division. 

This breadth of experience allows Matthew to bring a measured, leadership-driven perspective to client relationships. He brings the ability to navigate complexity, manage risk thoughtfully, and deliver strategies that are aligned with clients’ long-term objectives while upholding the highest standards of fiduciary responsibility.
