Lauren Peroni is a seasoned operations professional with more than a decade of experience supporting firm operations, client service, and internal processes within a financial services environment.

Before joining Choreo, Lauren spent more than ten years at Herbein & Co. and Herbein Financial Group in Reading, Pennsylvania, where she most recently served as Manager of Firm Operations. In that role, she partnered closely with advisors, client service professionals, and leadership to help deliver a responsive and seamless client experience. She supported client onboarding, account servicing, and ongoing service workflows, ensuring processes were efficient, accurate, and aligned with client expectations. Her work focused on strengthening communication, enhancing service standards, and creating operational consistency that allowed advisors to focus on building and maintaining trusted client relationships.

Throughout her career, Lauren has been entrusted with increasing responsibility, reflecting her ability to support complex operations, strengthen internal processes, and contribute to organizational effectiveness. In her role as Associate Director, she brings this experience to support operational excellence to Choreo’s broader business objectives.
