Barbara L. Hart brings more than 15 years of experience in retirement plan operations to her role as a Senior Associate within Retirement Plan Advisory Services.

Prior to joining Choreo, Barbara was with Northeast Financial Group (NEFG), an independent registered investment advisory firm based in Northeast Pennsylvania. In her role as Client Service and Operations Manager for retirement plans, she worked with trust-based retirement plan accounts and was responsible for coordinating onboarding activities, ongoing service processes, and client communications related to institutional retirement plans.

Earlier in her career, Barabara had over 24 years of experience working within the financial services sector. Prior to joining NEFG in July of 2010, Barbara worked in NYC for Bank of NY Mellon, in various Reorganization Departments, which included Operation, Servicing and Mutual Funds.

Throughout her career, Barbara has worked closely with retirement plan structures and operational workflows, developing familiarity with plan onboarding requirements, service coordination, and the day-to-day administrative needs associated with employer-sponsored retirement plans.

Barbara’s experience within retirement plan operations provides a solid foundation as she begins her role supporting Choreo’s retirement plan advisory services.
